5. Examples of Our Privacy Commitment
Scenario 1: Family Member Inquiry
A relative (e.g., uncle, cousin, or family friend) contacts us asking for updates on a student’s university application.
Response: We politely inform them that, in line with our privacy policy, we can only share application details with the student or their parent/guardian.
If the caller is not listed as a primary contact, we will request written or verbal confirmation from the student or parent. Without such consent, no information is disclosed.
Scenario 2: Request from a University or Consultant
A university representative or external consultant requests access to a student’s profile or contact details.
Response: We do not share any student information—academic, personal, or contact-related—without explicit written consent.
All requests are reviewed carefully and denied if not formally authorised.
Scenario 3: Embassy or Government Request
An embassy, visa authority, or government agency requests personal documents.
Response: We always inform the student and/or parent first. Information is shared only if legally required and with the student’s full knowledge and approval.
Transparency remains our top priority.
